A secret agency hires an unknown actress named Eva for the starring roll in an upcoming political thriller (or so she thinks). Early into shooting, Eva realizes that her “scenes” are actually false flag operations, orchestrated to appear as real attacks of domestic terrorism. Her “crisis actor” roll as the event’s sole survivor is scripted to steer the narrative in the desired direction; public fear, panic, and outrage.

After her escape attempt, the agency threatens Eva’s life, forcing her to finish shooting the full season before surgically reconstructing her face to the point of being unrecognizable. Who will believe her story now?
